The top package includes services from Silverfox Photography, All Star Limousines, Westbury Manor, Pedestals Florist, a bridal gown valued at $2,000 from Bridal Reflections and more! Couples affected by the storm are invited to submit answers to three detailed questions about how they have been impacted by the storm.
