Experience: Bridal Reflections was my last stop of the day for wedding dress shopping and I was getting a little hopeless until I met Jackie. I know Jackie usually works at Carle Place so finding my dress that day was totally meant to be. Jackie was patient and knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted as my wedding vision. When I tried on my dress there were a few details I wasn’t fully sold on but Jackie did not let that discourage me, she lined some areas and told me I could get rid of straps and that it was an easy fix. Zizi, the head seamstress, came out and told me it was no problem at all. So I said YES! Zizi is a goddess and completely brought my vision to life – the whole process was very fun and amazing to see everything come together because of the Bridal Reflections staff.
