Experience at Bridal Reflections: I had a great experience at Bridal Reflections. I wanted a one shoulder wow dress and worked with the manager to customize the strapless Ines di Santo dress with a bit of 'ice'. I had three fittings and left feeling better and better about the dress each time. I never had any problems booking appointments and someone always answered my calls when I had a random freak out. Great experience and very very personalized which I loved.
