What to Do After Bridal Reflections’ Massapequa Salon Fire
We want to thank all our valued brides for their patience and understanding during this difficult time. We are extremely fortunate that all customer gowns were saved from the fire, and we are committed to providing the best service during the restoration of our Massapequa salon. Please read below for important updates on how to proceed with your gown, fittings, and appointments.
Where can I pick up my dress?
Currently, there is no need to pick up bridal or evening gowns. However, bridesmaids who have been notified that their gowns are in may come to pick them up at our showroom. This will help us make room for bridal gown storage. Please call the showroom to arrange for pickup at (516) 795-2222.
What happens if I have a scheduled appointment?
Any Bridal consultation appointments that were previously scheduled will need to be rescheduled at our Carle Place location, which will now be open 7 days a week to accommodate all appointments. Please contact us at (516) 742-7788 to reschedule.
Where will fittings take place?
Fittings are being conducted at our showroom in Massapequa, located at 20 Central Avenue, Massapequa, NY 11758 (across from the original bridal salon). Please contact us at the Massapequa showroom to schedule your fitting at (516) 795-2222.
Where will consultations for Mother of the Bride/Groom or Eveningwear be held?
All Mother of the Bride/Groom and eveningwear consultations will take place at our Evening Wear Showroom in Massapequa (across from the original bridal salon) starting Monday April 7th. In the meantime, eveningwear fittings will be held at this location starting this week.
Is there an estimated date you expect to reopen?
At this time, we do not have a specific date for reopening. Our Massapequa salon will require a complete restoration and renovation, and we expect the salon to be closed for the next few months. For the most up-to-date information, please call the Massapequa Showroom directly at (516) 795-2222.
Will there be refunds issued?
While we are grateful that none of our customer gowns were affected by the fire, we completely understand your concerns. We invite any customer to come in and inspect their gown for peace of mind. Please call the Massapequa Showroom directly at (516) 795-2222 to arrange a time. To date, we have not had any customers requesting a refund, but our staff is here to assist with any needs or concerns.
Will there be a delay in any dresses that have been ordered?
There will not be any delays in the arrival of dresses that have been ordered. We have prided ourselves on 52+ years of business without missing a single wedding, and we have no intention of changing that now. We are securing a new storage space to safely house incoming gowns and ensure there are no disruptions in delivery.
