Bridal Reflections has been servicing the needs of their clients for over 45 years, with three brick and mortar locations – on Fifth Avenue in New York City, and in Carle Place and Massapequa, Long Island. Our reputation in the industry is second to none and we have been family owned and operated by the Micari family since inception.
Are your orders handled in-house? Are items inspected?
Yes! Every dress or item ordered through our retail website is handled with the same attention to detail as an order placed in one of our brick and mortar locations. Items are shipped to us and our quality control team inspects everything before being shipped to you.
What if a dress or item arrives damaged?
All items on our retail site can only be returned due to damages. Bridal Reflections will replace any damaged item with the same item or offer a store credit. Damages must be reported to Bridal Reflections within one week of receiving your order. Due to the nature of bridesmaids and evening wear dresses being cut to order, we cannot offer returns on dresses.
