Experience: My experience shopping for my wedding dress at Bridal Reflections was truly amazing. From the moment I walked into the 5th Avenue salon, I felt like a queen. The staff at Bridal Reflections 5th Avenue are so lovely and kind. From the ladies who greet you at the front desk by your first name at every visit to the attendants who help you in and out of your gown during the alterations process. I really felt like each member of the Bridal Reflections team was invested in me finding the perfect gown and having my dream wedding. Mary-Jo was my bridal consultant and she is beyond wonderful. I cannot thank her enough for encouraging me to try on what I didn’t know would be my future wedding dress. Mary-Jo saw that I was not in love with any of the super lacey or bling heavy dresses that I selected to try on. She pulled my future wedding dress for me and I honestly wasn’t sold on it based on what I saw on the hanger but Mary-Jo’s spirit was so kind and comforting that I decided to give the dress a shot. I was INSTANTLY in love with the gown from the moment I stepped into it and I knew it was the one. I am so glad that I found my dream wedding dress at Bridal Reflections.
