Experience: I had been to 14 different stores looking for dresses, but none of the dresses made me say “WOW”. When I entered this store and was browsing through the dresses, I found one that I fell in love with. My consultant took the time to help me try on that dress and a few other ones that I liked. I was very happy with the dress and their customer service. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was in love with the dress but since I was hesitant due to the price, they gave me the option that they could get my size right there and then give me time to think about it and call them whenever I want to order. I was really happy with that option. Other stores did not give me that option and since I lived in Connecticut back then, it made it very convenient for me to call to place the order. I also bought my veil from there. I loved my dress and also loved my experience with Bridal Reflection Staff. I will definitely tell everyone I know about how great you guys were. Thank you so much.
