Experience: I had gone to tons of bridal salons in New York before finding Bridal Reflections. When I went to BR for the first time, I had actually already had another dress picked out that I was intending to buy. However, I wanted to go check out the Galia Lahav trunk show before pulling the trigger. WELL, I was SO happy I did. I fell in love with one of the gowns but there were some tweaks I wanted to make to it. Cristina the manager and Sharon from Galia Lahav could not have been more helpful. They assured me it would not be an issue to make the adjustments and made me feel extremely comfortable to move forward without worry. When the dress came in, minus the typical alterations one would expect, it was perfect! The process of the fittings was so smooth given I was in the magic hands of Vera! She was incredible and even assisted with pulling together my complete look. I purchased a gorgeous veil, headpiece and earrings from the salon and everything looked stunning together! Bridal Reflections made the whole process effortless and I truly cannot be more grateful!
