Experience at Bridal Reflections: My first experience trying on dresses was at the Massapequa location because of my budget, but I could not get this Galia Lahav dress out of my head that I saw in a Bride magazine. When I saw the posts about the trunk show, I was so excited to get in! Frances pulled some Gala gowns in my price range and I was ready to make a decision, then she went and pulled MY DREAM DRESS! Right away, I could tell it was out of my budget, but she explained how there is a “New Suzanne” and this is the “Suzanne”… THAT WAS IT! I didn’t want to take it off and knew it was the dress. The manager, Christina, was SO SWEET from the beginning to the end. I never felt uncomfortable because of my budget–actually the complete opposite. The whole staff was so accommodating. My mother couldn’t be there because she was in the hospital, and even during the trunk show, the staff showed patience and allowed us to FaceTime and take photos. I can’t say enough good things! Zizi even came and dressed me that day and cut my dress for the bustle! She was amazing and a lifesaver all day.
