Experience at Bridal Reflections: I was on vacation from Egypt and last minute I found out about Bridal Reflection from online. They managed to book me an appointment with only a days notice. Rose was my consultant and she was outstanding. She was able to open my eyes to new designs and I ended up falling in love with a dress totally different than what I wanted. I love that because I ended up buying a dress that no one else I know had, I felt unique. At the time I only had a few days in New York then I was leaving for a while and coming back for two more days. They accommodated and where able to give me the dress on the rack that was brand new even though that is not store policy. They also waited until the last few days to fix the length of the dress because I hadn’t bought my shoe yet. In two days they shortened the dress and add me a small cap sleeve like I wanted. I have gone to other stores and I did not find the service that I got at Bridal Reflection. Thank you again for finding for me my dream dress.
