Experience at Bridal Reflections: With a tight timeline to contend with and after a dreadful experience at Kleinfeld, which left me feeling discouraged about the whole wedding gown buying process, I am beyond grateful for scheduling my appointment with Bridal Reflections. From the moment I walked in and glanced at a gorgeous gown displayed I knew I was in great hands. My stylist Lauren was beyond amazing, she sat with me and listened to what I envisioned, and provided me with an ample selection of samples that fit exactly what I had in mind, and never made me feel like I was being difficult. After trying on a handful of different gowns there was one I kept thinking about, it was the one displayed on a mannequin at the front of the store right when I walked through the door. I had on what I thought may have been the perfect dress but I wanted to be sure so I asked Lauren to get the dress from the front that originally caught my eye and without even realizing Lauren had already pulled it and it was the one I was wearing, she said “THAT IS THE ONE”. I said yes to the dress and the wedding dress hunt was over.
