Experience: : Bridal Reflections was a wonderful experience. Usually shopping for dresses when you’re not a size 2 can be difficult but not at Bridal Reflections. They made me feel comfortable every minute. The attendant that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was able to try on dresses and feel like a bride. I picked the very first dress I tried on because of how beautiful she made me feel in it. After purchasing the dress the experience didn’t stop there. Every phone call, request, and then having to preserve my dress due to the pandemic Bridal Reflections handled seamlessly. I am so thankful to all the staff and how accommodating they were. Trying my dress on for the first time after my wedding was postponed for a year and losing my uncle to Covid who purchased my wedding dress for me was very emotional. The staff held my hand when I cried trying on the dress and made me feel that this was more than just a bridal store. I hope every future bride is able to go to Bridal Reflections and have the royal experience I had.
