Experience: Initially, when I found my dress I was hesitant to “Say Yes” because I had been to 4 other bridal stores prior. I was confused about what I wanted and everything I tried on looked the same. So I left the store empty handed and off to another bridal store to try on MORE dresses. However the next day, something told me to go back. So I called and the staff was very accommodating. They fit me in and allowed me to try on “The Dress” again. The manager assured me there was no rush and I could stay in the dress all day if I needed to. As I stood there looking at myself in the mirror with a glass of champagne in one hand and my mother patiently waiting on me to say yes, the song “At Last” started playing in the store and I immediately began crying. I knew then it was it. This was my dress! I truly appreciate the amazing staff for being so gracious and allowing me the time to make such a huge decision. Then my mom found her dress and said yes to the dress too!
