Experience at Bridal Reflections: It was great, I came in with a first dress already purchased that I was NOT happy with. Jackie was able to get a feel of what went wrong with the first one and immediately knew what designer to put me into. At this point we were dealing with a rush order, plus size dress and a short time frame to get the dress in for alterations. She helped me through it all, answered all my questions, assured me of all my doubts, even had her receptionist or helper into the dress I choose so I can see what it was supposed to look like if it fit (dress was too small). Jackie did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and making this experience a memorable one since the first time wasn’t as pleasant.
