Experience at Bridal Reflections: My family and I had gone to a couple other salons and felt that the service there was impersonal and sometimes often rude that I was very discouraged and not looking forward to continuing to shop for dresses. We ended up at Bridal Reflections because the store carries Ines di Santo dresses and my fiance came across a photo online of Ines di Santo’s “Morning” gown that he swore was “my dress” and he fell in love with it! I wasn’t convinced but promised to try it on. From the moment we arrived at Bridal Reflections, everyone was so warm and friendly and my consultant, Mary Jo, and made my mom, sister, and I feel so at ease and special right away that my nerves disappeared. When I tried on the Morning gown, I was so surprised that I loved it more than any of the other several dresses I had tried at other stores. During my fittings, my tailor, Noel, was so kind, quick and knowledgeable and he and Vera worked to add intricate beading to the bodice of my gown. The morning of my wedding I was so nervous until I slipped on the dress and my fiance saw me for the first time! I had kept it a secret that he had picked out my dress and he loved it.
