Experience at Bridal Reflections: I have never felt more beautiful then when I walked down the aisle. Now, I’m sure it was a combination of the dress, hair, makeup, and red carpet camera flashes, but who cares. I’m not your average size 6 gal, so the thought of trying on sample sizes made my heart race. My Mother, Sister (MOH) and Cousin told me we were going to lunch and brought me to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. It was a Wedding Dress Intervention! Not once was I measured, sized up and down, or told that samples didn’t come in my size. Before I knew it I had a room full of dresses to try on. But all those dresses weren’t necessary because dress #2 became “The One”. Just like that I had the vision of what I was hoping our wedding would feel like: Vintage Romance. I should also mention I broke my foot 3 weeks before my wedding and had to wear a boot… yes… a boot! Between the optimism from the seamstresses and the professionalism of the receptionists everything went off without a hitch and it truly was the best day of our lives!
