Experience:: My experience at Bridal Reflections in NYC was nothing less than perfect. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff and bridal consultants welcomed me with open arms. They were extremely attentive and made me feel so relaxed about picking up my once in a life-time wedding dress. My bridal consultant was Samantha. She was EXCEPTIONAL. She listened to my likes and dislikes and brought me my top picks within seconds. She knew exactly what to do and say to give me that full bridal first time experience that every girl probably dreams about. I ended up saying “yes to the dress” that SAME day. It felt so right! I was a postponed bride so I thought it was extremely kind when Bridal Reflections allowed me to keep my dress in storage for an extra year , free of charge! When the day finally came for my fitting, the seamstress assured me my dress would fit me like a glove and she did not disappoint. It was like the dress was made for me!
