Experience: I went to another “big name” store to look at dresses, and I felt like I was just a cog in the machine. When I came into Bridal Reflections for the YSA Makino trunk show in Spring 2018, I felt like a bride for the first time in the wedding planning process! The designer helped me make a dress customized to my wedding vision (changing the neckline and adding a removable element to the train). I loved my dress, and the fitting process was so easy and painless!
