Experience at Bridal Reflections: When I made an appointment at Bridal Reflections, I was at the point in my dress shopping where I felt like I was never going to find exactly what I wanted. Bridal Reflections was the first place where I felt no pressure whatsoever. Instead of keeping me in a room and asking me questions, my consultant allowed me to walk through the racks and pick out dresses that caught my eye. There was also no rush to be finished with the appointment, as my consultant assured me I could take the time I needed. This approach allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience fully. I was lucky enough that there was a Ysa Makino trunk show the day that I went. My mom was especially excited about this as she wore a dress by the same designer for my brother’s wedding. Having a representative from Ysa Makino at the store allowed both my mom and I to custom make our dresses! They were made beautifully and with no issue at all. When my dress arrived, Bridal Reflections called me to let me come in and try it on, even though it wasn’t time for alterations yet. I loved that they thought to invite me in so I could see the dress, as I had no idea how it was going to turn out. The alterations team did a flawless job, and understood everything I wanted done. In addition to having a great experience with my dress, the women at the front desk were so friendly and kind that I got teary eyed saying goodbye to them! The day of my wedding I received so many compliments, that it just further reminded me of what a great choice I made with my dress and the bridal salon. I recommend Bridal Reflections to all of my bride friends, because I couldn’t have imagined a better experience.
