Bridal Reflections was proud to make the dreams of one very special bride come true on February 20th. Maria and her boyfriend Matthew were contestants in Bridal Guide’s Race for the Rock. The event which kicked off at Bridal Reflections takes couples through out the city on a scavenger hunt for a beautiful $14,000 Harry Kotlar engagement ring from TWO by London! While Maria and Matthew did not win this ring they did win a five-night honeymoon to Jewel Dunn’s River Beach Resort & Spa in Jamaica.
Just when you thought the event couldn’t get any sweeter for this couple Maria’s boyfriend Matthew got down on bended knee and proposed at Serendipity to the shock of everyone around! They planned to get married at City Hall that very day. The only problem was the bride didn’t have a dress! Our Vice President Cristina DeMarco sprung into action offering to lend the Bride-to-Be a gown for the day.
They got down to business trying on gowns at our beautiful Fifth Avenue showroom. In what takes months to accomplish for some brides took Maria & Cristina all of a few hours. It was a tough choice for Maria who was choosing between a beautiful Ines Di Santo lace fit-to-flare and a stunning Eve of Milady ballgown. Maria ended up going with the Eve of Milady ballgown.
